OBJECTIVE
Create an identity that establishes the real estate project ‘Ivy Amsterdam’ as the ultimate residential location in amsterdam. In addition, Ivy Amsterdam can profile itself as a lifestyle brand, which will appeal to a wide audience.
SOLUTION
Our solution was characterized as a phased solution. First, it was important to know which preconditions apply to the brand / project, but we have also involved the employer brand (project developer and broker). We then created our own brand values for Ivy Amsterdam, which served as a strategic framework determined to start the creative work with the right focus.

Experience is central when it comes to ivy indentity. A clear iconic design language was deliberately chosen, but a contemporary interior layout the set layout. A recognizable signature has been developed by means of 3d impression renders of the future ivy building and the way of typography.
