CREATE AN IDENTITY THAT ESTABLISHES THE REAL ESTATE PROJECT â€˜IVY AMSTERDAM’ AS THE ULTIMATE RESIDENTIAL LOCATION IN AMSTERDAM. IN ADDITION, IVY AMSTERDAM CAN PROFILE ITSELF AS A LIFESTYLE BRAND, WHICH WILL APPEAL TO A WIDE AUDIENCE.

SOLUTION

OUR SOLUTION WAS CHARACTERIZED AS A PHASED SOLUTION. FIRST, IT WAS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHICH PRECONDITIONS APPLY TO THE BRAND / PROJECT, BUT WE HAVE ALSO INVOLVED THE EMPLOYER BRAND (PROJECT DEVELOPER AND BROKER). WE THEN CREATED OUR OWN BRAND VALUES FOR IVY AMSTERDAM, WHICH SERVED AS A STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK DETERMINED TO START THE CREATIVE WORK WITH THE RIGHT FOCUS.
